1. One week prayer
Each and every sister spend one week in prayer and silence before Blessed Sacrament. This make them refresh spiritually and mentally and they receive strength and power for their apostolic services. Prayer house is Alvernia Convent, Irinjalakuda which is the novitiate house of the province.
2. Monthly Recollection
Every month all the sisters spend one day as monthly recollection day. Usually this will be on Second Saturday. On this day sisters sit before the Lord, evaluate themselves and reflect on the constitution and Word of God. They spend the day in silence and penance and take good decisions which make them to live this life more holy.
3. Juniors Monthly Recollection
Every month all the junior sisters spend two days as monthly recollection day in Alvernia Provincial House Chalakudy. Usually this will be on Second Saturday. On this day conducted Confession, Class, Sharing, Personal direction, meditation etc. Sisters sit before the Lord, evaluate themselves and reflect on the constitution and Word of God. They spend the day in silence and penance and take good decisions which make them to live this life more holy.
4. Animation Programme
In order to make sisters able to work with the Church, animation programme is conducted in the province. Selected sisters are given classes on various subjects and counseling practice who help them to make their personality integrated.
5. Junior seniors
Sisters who have done their final profession within 10 years are given courses and counseling as needed. Once in a year their Patron's day St. Joseph day is celebrated with various programmes.
6. Batch wise Course
Sisters are gathered batch wise. They share their experiences and spend the time in prayer and classes. This helps them to be more refreshed and powerful.
7. Prayer soldiers Night Vigil
Interested sisters who have taken membership in Prayer Soldiers group gather every month in Provincial House. Usually this is on 4th Friday of every month. On this day they spend whole night in prayer and penance for the intentions of the province, for the Church and for the whole world. Also they used to pray for the special intentions as needed sitting on their own houses.
8. Intercessory Prayer
Each & Every sisters in the province spend one whole day in intercessory prayer at Provincial House. Different dates are decided and given to each sister. Each one pray before the Blessed Sacrament for the Congregation, province, souls in purgatory and for other intentions.
9. Awareness Classes
Each & Every sisters in the province gave a chance to attend the awareness class like as CCC and Biblical subjects with qualified resource persons
10.Direct Retreat
Direct retreat conducted for the sisters and formees under the leadership of Sr.Celin Kudiyrikkal, Ernakulam Province. This is the ten days retreat for our sisters.
